Damien Lysiak serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Spyglass Capital, where he leads the firm’s investment strategy, operations, and client services. Since joining in 2022, Damien has overseen the evolution of Spyglass into a multi-asset class investment platform with a focus on long-term capital preservation, opportunistic investing, and relationship-driven partnerships across private equity, real estate, and public markets.

In his dual role, Damien directs all aspects of investment execution, portfolio construction, and manager selection, while also overseeing firm operations, governance, and strategic partnerships. 

Prior to joining Spyglass, Damien held senior investment and financial leadership roles within a multigenerational single-family office, where he managed direct and fund investments, treasury, legal, and reporting functions across a complex portfolio. Earlier in his career, he held treasury and commercial banking roles in the utility and financial services sectors, grounding his investment work in operational and fiduciary discipline.

Damien holds a B.S. in Finance and Human Resource Management and an MBA with a concentration in Finance.

He currently serves on the boards of two nonprofits in St. Thomas: Nana Baby Home, a 24-hour crisis care facility for children, and Antilles School, a private institution serving students from Pre-K through high school.
